This is me, Weiyan Zhao, call me Joy.
I love learning, self-development, helping others to achieve success, and having fun in doing all these.
I came to the United States 13 years ago. I am raising a family and I have successfully created my own career paths in the data science field and achieved personal and professional fulfillment, balance, and joy.
I have experienced different organizations including a university, a research institute, and two fortune 100 companies in banking and insurance in the recent 10 years.
I am passionate about data science and coaching is my calling.

I was trained by one of the best coaching programs in the world, the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).
I earned the Certified Professional Coach (CPC), the Certified Energy Leadership Index - Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), and C.ORE Dynamic Specialist focus on Leadership from the iPEC.
I was awarded the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
I have been coaching and mentoring data scientists for a decade. Many of them have been successful in their professional and personal lives with fulfillment, balance, and joy.
